What type of vehicles does Cars offer?

What is Cars cancellation policy?

Airport transfer reservations require a two-hour notice from your scheduled pick up time. Hourly services require a 24-hour notice to cancel a reservation. Please view our cancellation policy for a full explanation of our policies.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes.  The information we collect during the registration or booking process is stored on our secure servers and is used for internal purposes only. Read more in our Privacy Policy

I forgot my Login Id or Password. What do I do?

If you've forgotten your User ID (email address), please call one of our customer service representatives at: 1 (800) 526-9734. If you've forgotten your Password, you can request a new one online.

Can I get on-line receipts?

Yes. You have complete access to your account information in the my account section of our customer service portal.

What if we cannot find our driver at the airport?

We are here to help! Please call our offices at 1 (800) 526-9734 for immediate assistance. Cars stays in constant contact with our drivers globally and will assist you in making contact with your driver.

How will we recognize our driver at the airport?

A Cars driver will meet you at the designated area holding a sign with your name on it. Your driver's information will also be text & emailed 10 minutes prior to pick up with their name and cell phone number. The driver may also call you when he is on-site to advise you of his exact location.

Do you provide 24 hour service?

Yes. For your convenience Cars offices are open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. You can contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 526-9734

Do you track flights?

Yes. Cars utilizes a computerized flight tracking system. Should your flight be late or early, we will adjust our schedule to coordinate with your flight time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cars accepts all major credit cards, either on the phone or via our website. Cars also offers billing accounts.
